Return & Exchange Policy – Fetchletic

At Fetchletic, we build movement equipment for dogs that move fast, explore hard, and need gear that keeps up. Every product is checked for quality before dispatch. However, if something does not arrive as expected, we are here to help within the conditions below.

Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

  • The item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and seals intact.
  • You provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The product has not been exposed to outdoor use, dirt, water, mud, or visible wear.

To initiate a return, email us at fetchletic@tervigon.com with your order details and clear images showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item received.

Return Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not ship your return without prior confirmation. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

If eligible, we may arrange a pickup or provide further return shipping instructions.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at fetchletic@tervigon.com.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund based on product availability and the issue reported.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain product integrity, safety, and hygiene, we do not accept returns for the following:

  • Items that are not defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Products that have been used, worn, washed, or tampered with.
  • Products with dirt, fur, scratches, bite marks, odor, stains, water exposure, or outdoor wear.
  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, labels, or seals.
  • Size-related returns where the product has been used or worn outdoors.
  • Gift cards and items purchased on sale or during promotional offers.

Size Exchanges

If you need a size exchange, please contact us at fetchletic@tervigon.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Size exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and seals are intact.
  • The requested replacement size is available in stock.
  • The product shows no signs of use, dirt, fur, scratches, or outdoor wear.

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an alternate resolution.

Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

If your refund has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at fetchletic@tervigon.com.

Important Note

Fetchletic products are designed for movement, terrain, and outdoor use. Once a product has been used, worn outdoors, or exposed to ground conditions, it cannot be returned unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
