1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within India and offer delivery to all major cities and towns.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Time

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number from Fetchletic@tervigon.com.
You can use this number to monitor your delivery status.

5. Delayed or Lost Orders

While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical issues.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at Fetchletic@tervigon.com, and we’ll assist you in tracking the order.

6. Incorrect Address

Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
Fetchletic is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or notice any missing items, please contact us at Fetchletic@tervigon.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at Fetchletic@tervigon.com.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled.
